Thank you Great Clips...had a great first time experience at the 1026 W 136th St KCMO location. Was a little nervous at first because of something new/it's a major change for me. I was greeted immediately from a happy person behind the desk, which then took my worries away. She took my information, checked me and I had zero wait time. She asked me a few questions about my hair and mentioned if I would like my hair washed. ME...."What..I had no idea this was a service" I was very excited even though she said it is an extra 8 bucks and me thinking heck lets do it. The wash (was magical always my favorite time) cut was great and truly appreciate Tasha's (spelling??) friendly/being a pro and sharing a great conversation. Thanks again (Tasha)

I have been bringing my 90 year old mom to this StateLine location for a few years to get her hair shampooed and cut. All of the employees have been amazing with treating an elderly lady and have been good listeners to her stories.
