Amazing service. 1/28/2026. A little after noon. I’m going through chemo and had to chop my hair off that was down to my hips to a pixie due to hair coming out. The lady who cut my hair was sooo nice and gave me a cute little pixie. She is blonde, don’t remember her name sadly. Give her a raise!!!

Always go to Great Clips on Mall Dr. I love how they keep an updated "instructions" on how to cut your hair specifically. I love the senior discounts and the discounts that come in the mail. I usually can spend $9 on the haircut and $25 on the tip - which she fully deserves. 💚 Mercedes is the best!
