I had an amazing experience with Lexi this week at this location. I had attempted to check in at a different Great Clips location, and although they were super busy, they were just really rude with customers. When I came to this Lake Pleasant location, Lexi was so kind and patient and willing to work with me. I was wanting to donate my hair, but didn't know the exact requirements. She took the time to really look up how to do it properly, and what was required. I know that places like this also often work with speed on a time crunch, but I was so relieved when Lexi was willing to take her time to make sure I had a good experience and able to donate my hair. I was able to cut and donate 14inches of my hair to Wigs for Kids. Then she was able to help cut and style my hair for a total new look for me. She gave a wonderful wash, and then took her time to style it all up with curls, so i would know how to finish my new look. It was just such a first class experience, I wish everyone could have! Definitely requesting Lexi for future cuts!!

I have been to 6 other salons trying to find someone who will listen to my 95 year old mother and do her hair how she likes it. She continued to be so unhappy with the service at all the salons. But then we found Nina at the Arrowhead Legends salon. She listened, she did her hair perfectly, she spoke loudly so my mother could hear her, and my mother was so happy! Thank you Nina!!! We will be back.

Been going here for years now 3 times a month. I’ve had multiple different people cut my hair and it’s always been good but for the last couple years now I’ve been using Nina and when she’s not on vacation (inside joke) she does an amazing job and always does the extras.
