I am always extremely pleased with the quality of my hair cuts each month. They are quick and professional. The only drawback I can see is that it is difficult to get in for an appointment since COVID. When I check in online, there can sometimes be a 90 minute wait and because of this wait time, they stop taking appointments an hour or more from closing. I'm not sure if this is because they cannot attract new hairstylists or if the company is making staff cuts due to costs. I will still continue to seek their services, even with the wait, because they are good at what they do and it doesn't empty my pocket book.
