The stylist who worked with my mother-in-law did a wonderful job. She has dementia, and the stylist was so kind, patient, and gentle while caring for her long hair. She made her feel comfortable and relaxed, and she truly enjoyed the experience. Her hair looked beautiful when she was done. We are so grateful for the care and compassion we received. I initially had a bad experience at this location and voicing my concerns, the owner reached out to me and sent me to a manager at a different location per my availability and the manager Julie did a good job at correcting my hair and I feel confident in returning with my many children to get more haircuts in the near future. They provided a great service both the hair stylists Shannon, and Amel were very nice woman always good to my kids and these woman always make them look good plus their so gentle with the younger kids I always leave a very satisfied customer.
