Yvette demonstrated amazing patience on a busy Thursday morning. When I arrived there was an issue with a gift card causing a queue to occur. The other stylist was involving Yvette while Yvette was with another customer cutting hair. She was able to handle both the haircut and the other stylists issues with the register. The other stylist haven’t had her coffee yet so she went to the back for coffee and a bite of her burrito. Yvette was in close communication with me the whole time to let me know when to expect my haircut, when it was my turn her professionalism continued and she provided a great haircut. Thank you for your kindness and great haircut!
