I am very happy with my haircut. She took time and patience with my cut. I have been going to Great Clips for over 25 years and I have never been asked to give my feedback, I appreciate that. The haircut before this one was awful, she cut my hair in 10 minutes and you could tell by the cut. Thank You to the stylist.

I don't really know how to rate this one. The hair cut I received was really good, she cut it exactly the way I like it. However, I went there last week and, although they are supposed to be open at 9:00 they were still not open at 9:25. I finally left, so I don't know when they opened. Today, I didn't get there till 10:00 and they were not open again. One of the stylists came out at 10:05 and said that they could only take cash. I understand that the credit card system goes down on occasion, but why didn't they open on time? Was it because of the card reader, or because they were late getting there?
