Dana was great! My hsirbis very difficult to cut due to a couple of whorls. She has plenty of haurcutting experience, was pleasant and really knowledgeable.

I want to share that my experience with Great Clips is not optimal overall but I have found a great stylist at the Berkley location that goes above and beyond for customers and always delivers a superior end product. Diana is very personable, talented and thoughtful. She remembered the specifics of my upcoming wedding, cut my hair so that it would be great for the pictures and honeymoon. On my next visit she asked about the wedding and honeymoon. I can't say enough about her professionalism and customer service.
