Was there a second time left there very happy about times and if you do plan on going there do ask for Miss Demi or Mrs Kim both of them do a very good job and Miss Kim knows what she's doing gets it done and Ms Demi she listens to how you want your haircut and then she make sure to get it done the way you want it and the way you like it so I was very happy with it best place to go to.

This place is great and they did such an amazing job on my little guys hair like usual, but I have to say Taylor was absolutely amazing not only at the hair cutting and styling, but also the customer service and upbeat personality. Plus, when my family saw my son they said it was the best haircut he’s ever had. He’s 8 and went in asking for a specific haircut. Henry Hart from a Disney show. She explained how his hair could match and provided suggestions, I told her to do whatever she felt since she was the pro, and boy did Taylor deliver!

I only get my hair cut maybe 1-2x a year (I always feel bad when the hair stylist asks me what I want and frankly.. I don't know, I just ask them to trim and make it manageable) I was very pleased with my last cut. Elana (I think her name was?) Was very sweet and did a wonderful job on my hair. The store was busy and only had 2 stylists but I didn't feel like my cut was rushed and they did a great job helping everyone, keeping them informed on wait times and such. I'm usually shy and bad at small talk but my stylist was easy to talk to. I plan to return to this location next time I need a cut.

Edit: I've been back here many times since my 2 star review. They deserve 5 stars. My experiences have all been positive. The service here is great and they really take the time to make sure you like your haircut. Dexe is the best! Went there and got a great haircut on my lunch break. Was in and out very quickly. The woman that cut my hair was great at giving me recommendations about my particular hair type and face shape which I really liked. Came back two weeks later. Checked in online, 17 minute wait. Arrived 15 minutes after my online check-in and told it was now a 45-50 minute wait. I went somewhere else. What's the point of checking in online if I drive all the way there to be told there is now a longer wait? I came on my lunch break at work and don't have the time to wait that long. Waste of my time.
