After having locks for well over 8 to 9 years, I decided to let them go. First I went to another salon in the area, and they litterly chopped them off, then the instructor said they have no more time to finish my hair! I ended up leaving with tears in my eyes! I gave it another try at the great clips in the Sharonville Plaza. This time I cried for being so greatful, how Mrs. Heather took her time with me she went over the top making me feel better with my new hairstyle. I'll always recommend her! Went here at 545pm on a Friday. I have been going to a pricier stylist for the past two years, but this Great Clips opened near my house so I wanted to give it a shot. I had a big poof of curly hair badly in need of a trim. My stylist here was Alyssa, the manager, and she did a great job. I will return once my poof is flourishing again.
