My son and I go to the Northern Ave. location and we always request Jessica to cut our hair. My son has been getting his haircut by her since he was just a little one, and he’s now 14 years old. She ALWAYS does such a good job. I always trust her with our hair. I also love the relationship we have built with her. We always check in online, so we really don’t have to wait too long. They always keep their location clean and tidy. Everyone is friendly and never rude. I highly recommend this location and I especially recommend Jessica for great haircuts.

Awesome service! Perfect blunt-cut Bob! Thank you, Liz. Fast and professional! I used to pay $100 plus tip at a high-end salon. Never thought I'd go to a "chain salon." Glad I did, though! One caveat, Great Clips is best at haircutting. They offer other services but styling is higher in comparison to hair cuts. Ex. Styling for long hair $80. *This review is based on three separate appointments spaced over the last year (2025.)

This is not my regular location. I stopped here to get a quick trim and I was happy that the technician listened to what I wanted. At another location, the tech did NOT listen and cut my hair way too much and I was not happy. My husband wanted to know who chopped up my hair. I cried and could not look at my hair in the mirror. Worst experience ever.
