I’ve been going to great for at least a dozen years in all the different states I’ve lived in I’ve never really had too bad of a hair cut. Until recently. 3 in a row all the same stylist. She leaves chunks too long and other chunks too short. I’m too shy to complain at the store but I do wish we could request a different stylist in the app when we put ourselves on the list. I also really miss the lip balm yall used to have it was my favorite!
