Yesterday, I received a poor haircut from a nicer salon in Parker. I didn't notice until I washed my hair that it was very chopped up with a longer, thin layer on the bottom and heavy, short, chopped layers over it. I called Great Clips by Sprouts and went to see Delilah, who fixed my whole cut within 10 minutes! She was wonderful -- very careful not to cut my layers shorter, but evening out the layers and trimming the bottom layer up. I appreciated her kindness and her 30 years of experience!

Today was our first time at the Great Clips at Parker Road and Lincoln. My husband is very ill with cancer, and was overdue for a hair cut because he doesn’t have “good” days to accomplish things, he has “good” hours. I ran in and explained the situation, and asked how long a wait there was. Melissa said, “I can take him now. “ Twenty minutes later, we were finished, and she made a very sick guy feel and look, like a new man. I will never forget her kindness, and we will be back. Thank you, Melissa and Great Clips. 💙
