I went to this location for the first time. My son needed his hair cut and I was greeted when I first walked in. I cannot remember the lady’s name. She cut my son’s hair and she was absolutely amazing. My son has autism and doesn’t do well for hair cuts. She actually listened to me for what works best with my son. She took her time and showed everything to my son before cutting his hair. She talked to him the whole time. I cannot express how amazing she was. I wish I could remember her name. But I will be taking my son back to her again when he needs his hair cut.

Crystal with Flat Rock Great Clips is absolutely phenomenal!!! My son and I have been going to Crystal for years and she consistently delivers amazing results, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my son’s or my hair!! She truly listens to our visions for a new haircut and has always executed it flawlessly. Not only are Crystal’s skills top-notch, she is incredibly friendly and makes our visits to the salon so enjoyable. She always engages and talks to my son and he absolutely LOVES getting his haircut!! I can barely get him to wait 5 weeks!! lol!! I highly recommend Crystal to anyone searching for a fantastic hair stylist!! ✂️🪮
