Went to Great Clips to get a haircut. Used the app check-in and it went very smoothly. Did not have to wait too long to be seen. I have been a customer of the Great Clips franchise for over 10 years. I don't anticipate ever wanting to get my hair cut anywhere else. I got my hair cut today at this location. They still do great work. What's depressing is that in 2020, a haircut was only $14. Inflation has hit this business too. A young woman, by the name Jennifer, used to be my go-to person for haircuts. She no longer works at Great Clips, so I had to pick someone else. I was able to find another stylist I like, so it's all good. I use the check-in feature on their app. It's so nice. It's too bad they don't mail coupons as often as they used to. The thing about Great Clips is there are so many different locations and stylists that if you don't like your experience, you can try a different location or a different stylist.
