While the Okatie did not open on time, I gave up. I found the opportunity to get my hair cut at this location which is a different franchise right before closing. I was not disappointed. Not only was I impressed with the suggestion of my stylist, she cut it perfectly. Besides that, she was personable and very pleasant and I enjoyed our conversation. It was a tough day but when I left, I had a change of outlook. I was her 32nd cut of the day but she treated me like I was her only customer. A+
