WOW!! Not so GREAT clips, who cut his hair? Ilene? His hair didn’t go like that when he went in there. Seriously though the haircut you gave my grand baby is atrocious! He’s not a child that doesn’t sit still during a haircut, he’s very good at still. I feel like cutting a straight line should be one of the first lessons in cosmetology school..clearly you were out that day..but dang girl you nailed that diagonal cut!! Update, my daughter sent an email to the email address provided. They arranged a time for my grandson to be brought back so they could try to fix it. I will say it looks much better than it did! (I don’t have an after picture, as three year olds don’t always want pictures taken) My daughter was also given a coupon for a free kids cut….not sure if she’ll use it, but it was a nice gesture.

I took my 13 year old Downs daughter to get her haircut yesterday at Great clips in Cleveland and am so very pleased with her haircut. Sheri did an amazing job on her "modified" stacked Bob and it's perfect! She is SO stubborn and refuses to keep the Cape on, hold still, not cross her legs, stop tucking her hair behind her ears ect haircuts are challenging to say the least. It was the evening before the first day of school and despite the girls being slammed all day with appointments up until closing she cut her hair EXACTLY the way I wanted it and modified the traditional style the way that I asked. Thank you so much Sheri! You'll be cutting her hair from now on.
