I've been going to this Great Clips for several years. I feel bad that they are almost always under staffed but that is true for a lot of service businesses these days. In spite of that, the staff is always friendly and the online check-in keeps you from having to sit around and wait. I really like that they save your cut preferences so no matter which person cuts your hair they get it right. Good haircut for a good price! I definitely recommend this business!

Fantastic experience! Needed a trim while in town and my normal place (Cool Cuts) had closed sometime in the last year. Found Great Clips online, used their online check-in option then drove to them and I waited a whopping 4 min to be called. My stylist (I don't remember her name!) and I were on the same page as to what I wanted. I was in the building a grand total of 15 minutes and walked out with a perfect haircut! I'll be hitting them up for all future hair needs when in town!!

They cut my hair how I wanted it without giving me grief. I didn't go in planning to donate my hair, I agreed after finding out they donate to Wigs for Kids. I will not donate to Locks of Love since they charge cancer patients for the wigs. My stylist cut my hair better than any other stylist I have seen especially for hair donations. My hair is really thick; instead of chopping it all off in one huge chunk she put it in five sections. This allowed more hair for donation. I ended up donating 22 inches. The conversation was pleasant and easy not force small talk. The best part was they did it free since it was a donation. This was my 10th hair donation and I have never had it done for free. I have never willingly gone back or recommended a place before. I will happily return and pay for my haircut. This was the best experience!
