UPDATE 04/07/2022 - I take all four of my children ages 6-13. The staff is always cordial, listens and answers questions about hair cuts for certain hair styles desired. I appreciate that they tell me, "Your hair, won't look like this." They try new things and are great with the littles. They do a great job of keeping the hair off the floor and keeping the facility neat and clean. There is a bathroom on site that patrons may use. It is a large bathroom and wheelchair accessible. My kids love that they get a lollipop after their haircut. The location (Lexington, NC) is always very busy, sometimes the wait time exceeds 90 minutes. However, if you use the app, and check-in online, it's not really an issue. We will continue to get our hair cut here! Please note: the lightening bolt design in my sons hair doesn't have a razor gone wild nick at the top right, it's a scar. #boys 2020 - We have been going here for about four years. Recently one of my kids had a bad haircut. We went back a few days later and they fixed it free of charge and were very apologetic and accommodating. Will continue to take my kids here! Great service, great staff!
