Gentlemen, you will find no better barber than Maricruz. She is brilliant and I don't want the secret to get out more than it already has (you'll have to wait for her when you show up because there's always a brief queue for her specifically). I don't know what I'll do if she leaves. Tip your barbers well!

Basic haircut. In and out with most stylists. My last visit to St. Charles was exceptionally good. Always have to go home and remove excess hair from my head and clothing. Senior haircut is now $19 at Bloomingdale. Never see the same stylist twice at most visits.

Always able to get in to get a cut. Use the Great Clips app when you need their services. That makes it much better to time when they will get to take care of you. If you do use the app you can get put on a waiting list, that you don't have to wait so long at the salon. If the wait time I nil (less than 10 or 15 minutes) I don't bother to check in on the app. I will just head over to the salon and usually don't have to wait long at all. Never had a stylist give me a bad hair cut at this location and have been satisfied with the service I've got there.

After a very frustrating experience at another Great Clips earlier today (in which I walked out rather than proceed with a haircut), I came to this location for the first time. Hilda greeted me with warmth and welcome. With genuine concern for my preferences, she asked what I might like for my haircut. I showed her a picture, which she viewed carefully and then explained how she could cut my hair accordingly. Throughout my time there, Hilda was friendly and offered helpful suggestions. I have been a GC client for many years; not all my experiences have been positive, and I’ve learned not to return to certain locations. With service like I received at St Charles (on Main St), I will continue to be a client for many more years to come. I look forward to my next haircut at this Great Clips.
