I've been a loyal customer of Great Clips for a while now, and I consistently have a great experience. What sets them apart, especially for someone with a busy schedule, is their convenient online check-in system. Being able to hop onto their website and see the wait times, and then virtually "put my name in," is a game-changer. It genuinely saves so much time, particularly on bustling weekends when salons can have long lines. Beyond the efficiency, the salon itself is clean and well-maintained. But the real highlight for me is the quality of the haircut and the stylists themselves. You may not get the same stylist each time (which could be a good thing if you like changes in your hair style), but I was somehow lucky to get to the same one in the past half a year. My stylist Franklin is always incredibly thorough (if you see him the first time, you'll never imagine that he does hair and does it so good). He takes his time to give me a quality haircut and share hair styling or care tips. What's more, the time in the chair always flies by thanks to the engaging conversation. Yes, this place is not upscale and doesn't do a lot of services with the names that you don't even know what they mean. But that is compensated with affordable prices and walk-in-ability. I would recommend checking them out – and definitely utilize that online check-in!
