Went to this location at O’Connor and this young lady with beautiful curly hair called Paola did amazing!!! First she didn’t rush, listen exactly what I wanted and did a wonderful job with my hair! She is young but excellent in her craft. 😊

My boys and myself had a great experience at this location. Maria Uribe took great care of us and listened to what we had in mind as far as the style of cut that we were looking for. It was greatly appreciated and we plan on returning.

February 11th 2026, Came back to get haircuts for my son and husband. Another great experience, my son liked that he felt included and wasn't just there to get a haircut. He liked that his stylist Maria asked what he thought so far, and if it she needed to cut more hair. He also mentioned how much he liked the way she draped him so he wasn't covered in hair and feeling itchy after the haircut was done. My husband got his haircut done with Paola. He too was very pleased with his haircut and how considerate she was when cutting his hair like making note of how he styles it. I was mostly pleased that it all looked even and neat. Visited on February 5th 2026. Wonderful experience. This was my daughter's second time getting a haircut, but first time here. Paola was amazing, super patient and very professional. We went in for a kids haircut, it was just for her bangs though. I went in for an A line bob with stacked layers on the back, and asked if they would be able to cut my hair in a way that still allowed me to wear a short ponytail. I love how honest she was and that she felt comfortable enough to ask one of the other cosmetologists for help, so that ahe could help me achieve the look I wanted. Unfortunately I don't think I caught the other cosmetologists name, but my haircut was definitely a team effort and they totally nailed it! I love that they didn't make me feel like I was asking for the impossible, as I did go in wondering if it was even something that could be done. We're definitely going to be coming back 😁

Marlo was wonderful! She understood what I was doing different with my hair this time compared to the notes on my phone number. She was fantastic!! I'll just say that a good, no fantastic, haircut is better than therapy sometimes!!! Five stars for Marlo!! Thank YOU!
