The ladies here were all super nice. They handled the pre teen and teenager very well and did a great job with my extra thick curly hair. It is super hard to find a place that we'll rounded that has employees that are super nice and full of smiles, but this place had it all!

Ericka did an absolutely fantastic job on my hair. She listened to exactly what I requested, confirmed that she understood what I wanted, and even asked additional questions that were important to my cut that I had not thought about. She was very personable and upbeat, which made the whole experience enjoyable. Rather than most "quick cut" stylists, she took her time to be be thorough, double-checking the entire cut, and ensuring that it was perfect, and to my liking. Ericka was efficient, providing fast service, without rushing through the cut, or overlooking imperfections. I really appreciated her attention to detail. Easily one of the best cuts I've had in a long time!! I owned a salon with my ex-wife for several years, and therefore my expectations are generally much higher than the average customer, however I can happily say that Ericka exceeded my expectations, providing salon quality, at a fraction of the price and half the time! The wait was a bit long (obviously out of her control and likely due to my choice of when I came in), but the online check-in saved me from having to wait an extended amount of time in the lobby, and allowed me to come in when I was nearing the top of the wait list, which was great. The estimated wait time wasn't very accurate, but that's completely understandable when you consider all the variables that can affect timeframe. Overall, it was easily the best experience I've ever had with Great Clips (and I have been to many different Great Clips locations, and have had countless stylists cut my hair). I will be requesting Ericka when I return for my next cut, and would happily wait longer than expected for her to cut my hair!
