I was greeted immediately after entering! The young lady (Daniela) who cut my hair was very friendly! Daniela engaged in a very interesting and fun conversation! On 06.01, Ava was my Stylist. She did a great job. I was very pleased. I gave her a big tip! Very different story on 05.31. I called in the early afternoon. I spoke, on the phone, to the only male stylist on duty. He said that Ava would be working ‘till 4:00 p.m. I arrived at about 3:10 p.m. … only to discover that that she left at 3:00. I drove about 45 minutes, round-trip, and was not able to get a haircut from my stylist of choice. I have been a customer of this Great Clips for more than 15 years! I should get a free haircut for my aggravations!
