I've been before, and I've always got good service. All hair stylist that wor there have good customer service.. I went to a different one which had no good customer service. (716 S Rand Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047)

Been here in the past, recent mixed reviews had me curious to see for myself. No appointment/ no wait -- I asked for a #2 on the sides and a scissor trim on top. Pretty basic. My hair hadnt been cut in months and had no structure or guideline to work with. No issues with my haircut. I didn't have to go home or do any touchups which I've had to do paying a higher price. I got the basic $20 haircut, even my hair stylist friends that cut my hair at home want more than that. It remains perfectly suitable for a quick/quality cut. I was pleased with the cost to quality ratio.
