Love their app that you can use to check in at home and then arrive closer to time. This is especially helpful with a toddler. My eldest who is two has only known this place for his first and subsequent haircuts. Today his hair stylist was so sweet in asking him tons of questions about what food he likes to be friendly and make him feel comfortable. She was so sweet!
