We've never had a negative experience here. The check-in experience is easy & works perfectly. My son's desired cut is in their system & they get it right every time. Staff is always very friendly as well! For ease of checking in prior to getting there, I do recommend getting the app.

Long overdue review! All the stylists here are great. I’ve never gotten a bad haircut in several years of going. But Kelley is just next level, not just for a Great Clips, but for a stylist, period. My son had extreme anxiety when he was younger and haircuts were an ugly battle. She had me bring him in several times with me, just so she could talk Pokémon with him and give him suckers. Once she got him in the chair, it was like watching a totally different kid. If your kid is neurodivergent or anxious about haircuts, you cannot find a better stylist than Kelley! She’s got a dry, ironic sense of humor too, so it’s always entertaining as well.

This location gave me the best Great Clips experience I’ve ever had! I brought my neurospicy 5-year-old in for a cut and Candi was able to take us back immediately. She was so patient with my son and made the haircut an experience he enjoyed and was an integrated part of. She all but bent over backwards for this boy; she really went so far above and beyond, it was incredible! She was engaging, patient, she brought him along on everything she was doing, and she worked around me, the hovering mom in the corner, with no complaints. I came to this one just by chance because the location I wanted to go to wasn’t an option and now I’ll never go back to any other great clips but this one!
