I’ve been getting my short hair cut here for a few years because of the good price and short wait times. And now that I’ve come out of the closet and begun my transition, I am so thankful for the stylist Maylii. She is an Ally to the LGBTQ+ community, she makes me feel comfortable in the salon, and her work helps me feel more comfortable in my own body. Thank you Great Clips Highpoint Plaza for employing a national treasure like Maylii.

Called here because I was having trouble getting my coupon to my email. I spoke with Ella and she was fabulous. She had us come right in and took care of us. When we got there the customer service didn't disappoint. Ella and her other stylist were great. Very friendly and great with the styling. I will definitely be coming here over other locations from now on.

Went in today for a haircut. My stylist was the owner of this location, I believe her name was Ella. I cannot say enough good things about her. She was insanely kind and welcoming, as well as giving me a great haircut. She told me about her story of becoming an owner of a few locations and I could tell she really cares about her stores and works very hard. Will be going back!
