I love the Great Clips app that lets you sign in before arrival, gives you an approximate wait time, and notifies you when you turn is getting close. I have a couple stylists that I prefer but every stylist goes above and beyond to understand what style you want and does everything possible to provide you with a positive experience.

Sophia got me in 15min till close...I was so needing a cut and had a long day. This was the perfect end of my day with a great cut and Jaime was a cool and down to earth guy to talk to while I was getting my cut. They both kickass and had a great experience. 5 stars all around.
