My overall appointment was excellent. Checking in online is a great feature and makes for very convenient planning. My hair specialist, Loan, always does an awesome job. I also used a football promotion coupon, which was an added bonus.

I went in for a much needed haircut. I didn’t have an appointment but Brian checked me in promptly, asked if I had been to one of their locations before (I hadn’t), and within a couple of minutes had me in a chair. Not only did he do a fantastic job cutting my hair (it honestly is the best cut I’ve had in years) but he was also a joy to talk to. We discussed shared hobbies and at one point we became so engrossed with the conversation that he briefly stopped cutting my hair to better focus on what we were discussing. I typically postpone haircuts far longer than I should because I’ve had several annoying experiences with them. These have ranged from having to tell the barber several times that I do not want to buy their shampoo to one embarrassingly heated moment when I leapt out of my chair yelling once a barber began trimming my beard after I insisted (several times and politely) that I wasn’t interested in this service and that I always do it at home. These aren’t exactly traumatic experiences in my life but I have had enough of them to make me drag my feet when it comes time for another haircut. Brian was the exact opposite of all of these experiences. I only went in because it was the barbershop nearest to my house but now it will be my only spot. If you’ve had similarly annoying experiences when getting a haircut then give this place a shot. It was quick, enjoyable, and the best cut I’ve had in years.
