The hairstylist was very quick. I was basically in and out within 30 minutes. I didn’t reserve online, so I had to wait about 10 minutes, which wasn’t bad at all. There’s also plenty of seating available, making the waiting area comfortable for customers. Overall, a smooth and efficient experience!

I walked into Great Clips after a truly frustrating experience at Tune Up: The Manly Salon in Conroe, TX ( Davis St. location) and I’m so glad I did. Great Clips got me in right away as a walk-in, no hassle, no drama. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. I ended up with a superlative haircut for less than I would’ve spent at Tune Up, and without any of the aggravation. Thank you, Great Clips, for showing how customer service should be done. You’ve definitely earned my business from now on!
