I had such a wonderful experience with Kaitlyn! I shared with her that I’m a breast cancer survivor and that my hair had finally grown long enough to straighten again. She treated that moment with so much care and kindness. She took her time to make sure I was completely happy with the result and was incredibly gentle and attentive, constantly checking to be sure she wasn’t causing any discomfort or burning me. It may have been just another appointment to some, but to me it was a big milestone — and Kaitlyn made it feel special. I’m so grateful for her patience, compassion, and skill. Highly recommend!

I am a snowbird and didn’t know of a stylist to request and i was a little nervous. I had Lola and she was fabulous. I love my haircut and style. It is better than at home.

However, the team here was incredibly compassionate and patient. They took the time to assess the damage and used their expertise to save significantly more length than I thought possible.
