No appointments, walk-ins only. After reading through many of the reviews, I chose Miss Carlena to cut my hair. I showed her one photo and explained what I wanted. She executed it perfectly. No trying to sell me additional services or talk my ear off. Price was incredibly reasonable. I only took off one star because the music playing in the background was in the 2000's genre and highly sexual in nature, which made me a little uncomfortable. I'd suggest staying in the 80's/90's or sticking to a genre that rarely offends, like pop, country, or easy listening. The song lyrics were not modest enough for my taste, and there were people present who were much older than me. Thank you.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming to Great Clips for my monthly haircut, and I’m really happy with how much the experience has improved. I had some concerns in the past about an unpleasant smell in the salon, but I’m glad to say that’s completely a thing of the past — the place smells clean and fresh now! As always, Terry did an amazing job. She’s the sweetest and always gives me the perfect cut every time. It’s nice to know I can count on her to make me look and feel great after every visit.
