I am terrible with names and forgot who my stylist was today, but I am positive she will know I am talking about her. I went in unsure if I wanted to get just a regular trim, keep my side part, and just get some length off. Orrrr if I wanted to do something dramatic like switch to a middle part and find a cut that worked with my hair type/face. We decided to go with something new because my side part was old news and I put my full trust into my stylist. I am so glad I went out on a whim because I am obsessed with my new look and the way she cut it is something I felt like would look good, but never wanted to take that risk. She really listened to what I wanted and did exactly that! I plan to come back to her every time I need a nice fresh cut.

I'm giving 4 stars because we had a great experience every time besides today. DAN is a piece of work to say in a polite way. From beginning to end was unpleasant with him. He let me know immediately yours will be quick and was done in literally 3 mins. I didnt like it and my neck line was completely crooked. I didnt say a word to him about it because I didnt like his energy. He insisted I pay for all 4 haircuts right away. I thought that was very off and first time I have been asked that. He didnt ask any other customer that the whole time I was present. Was he concerned on what the tip was or what was the reasoning. He also cut one of my boys hair, he's wasn't pleasant with him either, kept saying to him "let me do my job", rushed through it as well (Suprise), I asked if he could fix a spot which he insisted he did what needed to be done and didnt want to fix it, my son said "can I please have some powder? his response is "Im not doing that for you", then he's making a comment about where are all these people coming from (NOT IN A POSITIVE WAY). Like you should be thankful people keep coming in as that helps you income for the day (Tips) I dont know if he was having a bad day or just a very miserable person. Either way he will not be cutting my son's or my hair again. I 100% regret paying ahead of time and giving him a tip ($110 later). I always tip very well and he deserves nothing. Word of advice DAN (If you dont enjoy what you do, do us all a favor and quit) I've had INCREDIBLE experiences with Abby, Paula, and Carrie. I will be returning for future hair cuts but will be sure to call ahead of time to see who's working! Carrie actually fixed my haircut before I left today. Thank you ma'am!!

Abby was wonderful, and did amazing with my daughter! She's 11, autistic and nonverbal. This was our first big haircut as she's always gotten scared before,but Abby took her time, and explained to her what was happening, and what she was doing each step of the way. We were able to cut off about 12 inches,that we donated 🥰 Will definitely be coming to see Abby for our next cut 😁
