Since I travel in my RV up and down from SC up to Virginia, down through NC to central Florida, I've been to lots of Great Clips shops. My favorite it the Gateway Plaza location in Sumter, SC. It's closest to my home base and, in my opinion the better of the two Sumter locations. Easy for me to get to with plenty of parking, the shop is where my favorite stylist works. I've been going to Abby for quite a few years and continue to be pleased with her work. She knows who I am and how I want my hair to look. I wish every Great Clips where I get my hair cut had an Abby.

I've been going to the gateway plaza great clips for 6 years 2x a month and Shenoa, Abby, Taryn, Adeline and the others are always nothing short of amazing. Even when there has been an issue, its always been handled professionally and without any problem. Corporate could lower the price for a simple haircut a bit but overall I highly recommend!!

I always go to Abby at the Great Clips in Sumter, SC. The store is always clean, and Abby makes me feel welcome ... she does exactly what I ask, and makes me look great! She's professional, polite, very personable, and pleasant! Abby is the best!
