Been coming since last 2-3 years. Appointment slots are easy to get and most of the time the associates have been pleasant and easy going. I use coupons now and then, either received by mail or retrieved online. Some associates try and apply them out, no questions asked. But then, there are some who definitely need to be educated ,that you should try the coupon code in the system rather than standing there and telling me that it won't work, without even trying to put it ......in the system!!!!

I typically have only had my bangs trimmed at Great Clips, normally visiting Cindy at the Carefree location, who is wonderful. This location is very close to my home however the last bang trim I had there wasn’t ideal (everyone is always nice at this location though). Today I decided to give this location another try and went in with a coupon for a full haircut. My stylist was Dan, he did a great job. He was professional and had a warm personality. He listened to my concerns, offered recommendations, and gave me a very nice haircut. I will definitely return to see him. It would be nice if the online check in offered an option to pick a stylist. I do think Great Clips would benefit from having a receptionist to help walk in clients or have a better system for walk in’s to check in on their own rather than the stylist needing to step away from their client. It wasn’t too big of a deal for me to wait but I imagine this could be a bit stressful for the stylist if it gets busy.
