My mom had such a wonderful experience with Olivia today. She was attentive, friendly, and kind. She took her time and gave my mom a truly wonderful experience. I would highly recommend getting a haircut with Olivia, I know my mom would again. THANK YOU THANK YOU so much for a fantastic job.

Great experience. Friendly and professional. Staff goes out of their way to satisfy the customer. First time I went in it was very busy. I was greeted promptly and told the approximate wait time. Since it is a walk in salon I didn't mind waiting. While I was waiting I watched the stylists with all of their customers. They took their time with each person even though they were busy. They were detailed in their work. Jessica styled my hair exactly as I asked however when I went home I realized I needed it to be thinned out a little in the back. I returned the following week and was greeted with a warm smile and customer service that impressed me. Right away they wanted to satisfy me and did not charge me for another cut to make the changes that I requested. They also made me feel very comfortable with coming in a second time to make some changes. They also went on to explain the online check in which at first did not appeal to me however after it was explained to me and I observed how it worked I figure it is another tool to satisfy the customer. I will definitely try it out. I do not often write reviews however in a day where customer service can be lacking this company should be praised on their exceptional service. I will definitely be returning and will share my positive experience. Nice work and Thank You!!!

I always feel nervous going to a new stylist for a haircut. Today, the stars aligned and I was introduced to Steven. He was very friendly and personable. He listended to me regarding the look I wanted to achieve and he executed my new cut perfectly. In addition, he paid attention to even small details, which I really appreciated. I hope he is still there the next time I need a haircut!
