Elizabeth was amazing with my mom! Kind and patient… carried a great conversation & was so gentle. I will be asking for Elizabeth moving forward. I loved watching the other stylist sweep up after each other and interacting with all of the clients. Eva, another stylist, HOWEVER was not nice and yelled at a customer when they were not 100% satisfied with her service. It was sad & escalated way too quickly… and really for no reason. It was awkward for the other stylist and waiting customers.
