I was a walk-in appointment and had never been to that Great clips before so they did not know what had been done in the past. I was fortunate enough to have a hair designer by the name of Brooke cut my hair, and she did a great job and I would have to say the best haircut I've had in many years!! I highly recommend you call ahead and request you're next hairstyle to be done by Brooke, Great clips should be thankful to have such a stylist on staff!!
