I came in around 3:00 PM on Sunday and was greeted by Emma and Samantha. I have never been treated the way I was when I walked in. They were incredibly gracious, welcoming, and genuinely great to talk to. Emma gave me tips specific to my hair situation and made my hair look A-W-E-S-O-M-E. I usually don’t go to places like Great Clips — I’m a bit snobbish and tend to go to Floyd’s Barbershop — but after this experience, I will absolutely be back, and Emma will be the only person touching my hair. Samantha was just as amazing. I’ve been dealing with scalp issues, and she had tons of helpful tips, recommendations, and insight that honestly put my mind at ease.
