I wish I had written this right after my haircut. I came on a Saturday when the lady that owns the shop was the only one working. They have the online check in and there were several of us waiting. She was very polite and kind and gave me the best haircut. It has been several weeks since I went there and my hair still looks really good and is holding up well. She did a really good job and I am very happy with it. Even though there were a lot of people she was pleasant and kind and did an excellent job. I will definitely come back.

Great Clips has become my favorite hair salon. Initially I did not like that they do not accept appointments, but once I downloaded the app, you are able to see the wait time and check in on the app. I also like that the app will notify you at least 15 minutes before to head to the salon when you are up next. I'm also able to see my favorite hairdresser, Sam. The hairdresser's schedules change weekly so I usually call the day of to see if my favorite hairdresser is working. The staff is very good at answering the phone and will let me know if and when she is working. Super easy and they also offer discounts!
