This location is great! They have always done a wonderful job! I’ve been going here a year or so and every employee has been outstanding. I also like how the service is quick. I like to get in, get my haircut, and get out. Some other places I’ve gotten my haircut, it’s like they do a good job, but they are so slow. I like the online check-in with great clips. If there’s one tip I would give, it’s make sure you check in online. This location is so great, they’re usually busy, but if you check in online, you’ll have only a short wait.

My hair had officially entered the “unruly wilderness” phase. It had been a while… and let’s just say it was starting to make its own decisions. Walked into the Great Clips in Cedar Park and they took me right away — no drama, no long wait, no awkward staring contest with myself in the mirror. The team was super friendly, efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing. In no time, I went from “before picture” to respectable member of society again. Clean shop, smooth process, and a great cut. If your hair is starting to rebel like mine was, this location will bring it back under control. Highly recommend.

While the below did happen, the franchise owner and corporate Great Clips were extremally responsive and willing to make the situation right. I would go back knowing that caring, empathetic management is overlooking operations. Went in asking for a fade - EVA said she could do a design on my under cut. She obviously couldn't based on how crooked, uneven, and how many times she had to "fix it". I told her I just wanted the design gone, she refused to show me. Then she told me I was being "ugly", made a scene in front of the salon yelling, "You need to leave, get up and leave, walk out the door!" So I did. When I got out the door, she told me she was calling the cops for not paying. Pictures below for reference. Crazy. Also she didn't use anything to clean it up and left an open cut on my neck. She promised that the lines were gone and as you can see they are not gone. She refused to give me a managers name.
