After a terrible experience at another salon I drove across town to come to this location. They were wonderful and greeted me with smiles, despite their busy schedule. My stylist (Kathy) also made the experience very enjoyable by listening to my needs, having a great sense of humor and finishing my haircut within 10 minutes. As a loyal customer since the 90's, this salon I will continue patronize as it upheld the standards I have come to expect from Great Clips.
