Update: they are shampooing now. Amy is awesome. Great shampoo and I am happy with my cut. Five stars. My stylist was polite. The reason for the 3 stars is that the price of the haircut went up and there is no shampoo included. They are using the shampoo bowls to wash their hands between clients and say that it is unsanitary to use the bowl to wash clients hair becausethey are washing hands in them. Why not use the bathroom sink to wash your hands then? I called 3 other salons and everyone else is able to shampoo. I look forward to the shampoo when I get my haircut. Sort of disappointing.

I’ve been coming to this location for a few years now and each time is always a pleasure. I’ve never had bad service here. Nice, simple haircut always does the trick. They save notes in my profile from what I get done each time, and the next visit I get the same, with maybe some slight modifications. Every stylist I’ve worked with has always done a phenomenal job and are very personable, and also I always get the vibes that they want to be there. It’s crucial in a job/career atmosphere that one loves what they do and it’s apparent that they love their work. Plus it always helps when us customers are personable too. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. Thanks for always helping me look clean cut, Great Clips team.
