Customer Reviews for Great Clips
dana shelton — 5/5 (via Google)
I've been coming here for the past year and everyone has been wonderful. But today while Darby was cutting my hair, I got a really bad cough and asked her for water. This young lady ran and got me water, even though she wasn't to disturb the meeting going on. This is a true employee a person putting her customer first. Kidos to Darby. Dana

We have been coming to this great clips for 5 years in the winter. Don't forget to tip your stylist! We love Darbie! If you have never been to a Great Clips it is a place to just drop in and get a hair cut at a decent price. It is my kind of place, I don't like making appointments weeks out. They don't routinely wash and style your hair but I imagine they do for additional charges, but it is a great place to drop in and get a hair cut. It is best to check in on the app that day when you are going. Basically making a reservation. It tells you how long the wait is and when to leave your home. When you arrive you'll be higher on the list. Today it was 20 mins when I checked in on the app. When I arrived it was a 63 minute wait but I got a seat right away because I was on the top of the list and Darbie had just finished with a customer. They did have a lot of stylists working today.
