Raven did a fantastic job giving me a much-needed chop. She cheerfully obliged my request for an adjustment; I asked for a little more off the top and chop chop chop, it was done. The chemistry between Raven and the rest of the staff give strong evidence that it’s a fun and productive place to work, complete with a sense of professionalism. I am driving solo on a road trip through the USA and thoroughly enjoying myself and seeing the splendour of the USA. I talked her ear off and she was an excellent listener. Part and parcel of being a good barber or hairstylist is enjoying the company of the client. And this client is indeed a happy one. If you are a resident of Topeka or visiting from out of town, I’m confident that this team will make you feel welcome and leave with an excellent haircut and/or style. I had a lovely visit; the time just flew by and I simply wouldn’t shut up! Oh, and lollipops. Don’t forget: lollipops.

TODAY, I HAD AN ABSOLUTE AND TOTAL 🚨 HAIR EMERGENCY 🚨 I CALLED GREAT CLIPS AND SHAYNA TOLD ME TO COME RIGHT IN. AS SOON AS I WALKED IN THE DOOR, LITERALLY IN TEARS, SHAYNA EXTENDED HER HAND AND LEAD ME TO A CHAIR. SHE CALMED ME DOWN, GUIDED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING SHE WAS DOING AND EVEN MADE ME LAUGH!! BEST OF ALL, SHE GOT THE BRUSH OUT WITHOUT CUTTING MY HAIR. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES! #NeverGoogleIt 🤣
