I went today and there was no wait. Hannah listened to what I wanted, looked at a picture I had and asked a few follow up questions to be sure she knew what I wanted I was so happy with her and the cut!! She talked about a couple of products, but was in no way pushy. When I decided on one, she showed me exactly how to use it. I am beyond pleased and have only had great cuts at the Southport location!
