I had never been in here before. Right when I walked in I was instantly greeted by Danielle, who also happened to sit me down for a haircut immediately, no wait and no appointment. I showed one picture and she did it better. I’ve personally never experienced such a nice haircut experience in a such a short period of time of walking in and out of the shop. She saved all my details so when I come back in she’ll know exactly what to do. Great experience. Go here.

Sandra always does a great job on cutting my hair. She’s the only one that I actually let cut my hair. I think on your app it’d be nice to be able to see what hairstylist or whatever are working that day before we check in just have their first name on there that would be great.

I'm not usually happy with any haircut. The Last few times I got my hair cut, it was so chopped up and different lengths, I didn't go to get it cut again for a long time, because I didn't know where to go. I would go to this location again. This morning around 9:30am I took in a cupon to get layers and bangs. He did a good job, took his time and I'm happy with it. I didn't have to wait and I just walked in.

We went on 3/18/23. I scheduled the appointment online, and it let me know we had a 20 min wait. I showed up 20 mins late and was happy to see they didn't cancel. They did my daughter's hair. Ages 4 and 12. I am so happy with the cuts. Thank you ladies you did an amazing job! 07/15/23 We for a bob with bangs for my daughter. No wait after check in. The lady was able to do exactly the cut my daughter wanted in around 20 mins. Service was quick and friendly. Hands down best great clips in Salem. 🥰
