Olivia is a very talented and gifted stylist, I was in a bind and decided to go to great clips because my long time barber has taken a hiatus to raise her baby. I have been impressed with her and am thrilled she cuts my hair for a fraction of what I used to pay. She’s pretty good. I highly recommend.

I don’t know what the ladies’s name. I think it was Bailey oh my God we were so impressed. I came in for highlights and a haircut, and this young lady knew exactly what to do very professional. I noticed the others cleaning all their little stalls it was just such a refreshing experience to find this place highly recommend 10 star Special shout out to Bailey.

I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted since I’m growing out a buzz cut. However, Bailey was very patient with me and checked in with me multiple times throughout the process to make sure she was doing things to my preferences. Thanks to her my hair is looking very nice!

I’m a fan of Great Clips at Harbison. It’s always a good experience. The manager (Lisa) and her team greets you the moment you walk in. And it’s always clean. That’s good management. I’m sure anyone there would give a good haircut. However my fav is Lexi. She cuts my hair and trims beard perfect. Every time! Lexi cares that I’m pleased. She’s even offered a few tips to maintain during visits. There’s no doubt each of her customers receive the same service. And you see this throughout the shop. It’s the only place I will go.
