It was my first time to Greenwood Great Clips and Irene was friendly, warm, efficient and did a wonderful job with my haircut! Thank you! Then 2 days later I realized I had forgotten to ask her to thin a certain part of my hair and had found I needed my bangs a bit shorter. I went back and Irene wasn't in but Rebecca very happily took care of me and refused a tip I tried to give her! She just wanted to make sure I was satisfied. What excellent customer service from both technicians--thank you!!

I've been going to Great Clips for years and always been happy with the haircuts. However, last month I did get a haircut I was NOT happy with. I dreaded calling the manager, but Irene was so kind and understanding. She acknowledged the issue, didn't try to gaslight me, and fixed the cut herself doing a great job for $0. I have never had someone be so kind over a service problem. My experience is they really want their customers to be happy and satisfied, and go above and beyond to make that happen. Thank you Irene!

I've been coming to this Great Clips salon in Greenwood for almost 10 years now, even through all the COVID weirdness. The staff has always been courteous and professional and I've had several different stylists over the years. So, I'm a little surprised at the 1-star reviews describing unprofessional behavior - I've never experienced that here. Sure, it can get a bit busy at peak hours, but the online check in system works really well and gives you an estimate of when to show up in person to minimize wait times. Close, convenient and courteous - all you could want for in a salon.
